If, in the unlikely event, your spectacles arrive with a defect - we will replace them free of charge or refund your money up to a maximum of 7 days after you receive the goods. Simply pop them in an envelope and send them back to us with a note saying what was wrong with them. You’ll get a full refund – no quibbling. In addition, all frames and lenses have a twelve month guarantee against any manufacturing faults; this does not cover any misuse or damage caused by you and does not affect your statutory rights. |
